Decent sized room, had alot of space clean towels and was clothes. The staff was really friendly attentive and helpful £90 for 1 night so i guess it was ok for the price. Room was clean and so was the bed. I didnt feel like i was sleeping dirty sheets or a dirty bed. Great location for night life bars and restaurants all around. And the all you can eat breakfast is well worth the money.

Great premier inn to stay at ,if going to go around the "toon" . Underground car park for £12 a day, restaurant on site for meals, drinks and breakfast. The "slug and lettuce " pub is also part of the building. Rooms ok , the usual comfy bed but bathroom small and no full length mirror. Being close to all the bars and night life we had a surprisingly good sleep . Good location to cross over river to visit Baltic centre and the sage theatre.

You get what you pay for. The room seemed clean enough for the night, a little bit of mould in the bathroom. The service was GREAT! Everyone working was super friendly and helpful. The 2 for £8 happy hour cocktails were great and it was a beautiful view. The location was nice. You have to walk up a big hill to the city center, so be prepared for that. We were able to get parking, but arrived around 11am, and just left the car and came back for check-in after 4. They were happy for us to do this.

Paul Charlton staff member was absolutely outstanding from check-in to being super informative re the area. He is most certainly an asset to your Company. Will certainly book here again. My husband, Alan and I, are regulars staying at your establishments, and recommend you have a Paul at every hotel. Please pass on our sincere thanks and gratitude to Paul at your Quayside hotel.

We weren't even staying there but we went for the delicious food then went again because everyone was so lovely and friendly! We had a lovely chat with Paul about Newcastle music and he gave us some great recommendations for NYE. He was so smiley! And Ryan was so nice! He didn't even mind when i twoked a few too many croissants! So sweet of him. And Amy and Mena looked after us so well. The food and energy was so good!!! So peaceful, refreshing and energizing, with customers all having chats and a fun time. Absolutely lovely. 10/10, will visit again, this time without eating as many croissants! Thank you all so much, Happy New Year, God bless you and BIIIIIGGGG hugs! See you soon :)

Good sized and clean room. Enough cupboard space. Clean towels. The main lighting in the room was a bit dull though. It’s got an elevator. Breakfast was self service and was good. Polite and friendly staff. Good location, not too far from the station. I’ll recommend a stay here.
